Your ADHD brain has power — let’s unlock it together.
My Story
I bring both lived and professional experience to my work. I have ADHD myself and I’m also a parent to a son and daughter with ADHD and a partner with ADHD, so I’ve got all bases covered. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be pre and post diagnosis: navigating schools, specialists, family life, to medicate or not to medicate and everything in between. That personal journey led me to a deep dive into how to work with ADHD, not against it and to turn that passion into professional expertise.
My approach blends positive psychology, CBT-informed coaching and neuro-affirming practices. My strengths-based coaching means I focus on a person’s natural talents, interests and abilities rather than only on their problems or deficits.
I have worked closely with School Psychologists and Wellbeing Directors to deliver wellbeing workshops in schools across Hong Kong and Australia. My focus and expertise is in 1:1 ADHD coaching, psycho-education workshops and parent support.
