Getting Started
For new teen clients, we begin with a 1-hour session where a parent comes along too. This way, both you and your parent get the important info about ADHD, how coaching works, and what goals you’d like to focus on. It’s a chance for everyone to get on the same page before diving in.

- Provide guidance to help make the hard stuff easier to navigate, so that they never feel alone

School Workshops
My extensive experience within Sydney and Hong Kong schools have given me an incredible understanding of the challenges that teens face. I facilitate wellbeing workshops and psycho-education programs within schools, to help teens on their self discovery journey.
